potatoes are all time favorite for all the age groups. Potato gives a good taste and the process of the recipe is simple, tasty and crunchy. Here is the process to make crunchy, tasty potato cutlets in restaurant style

Ingredients for crunchy, tasty potato cutlets in restaurant style:

3 boiled potatoes

chopped onions

chopped chilies

chat masala

coriander leaves

suji/rava

salt

oil

 

Preparation for crunchy, tasty potato cutlets in restaurant style

Take a bowl and add three boiled potatoes and smash them. Now add chopped onions, chopped chilies,chat masala, coriander leaves, suji/rava, salt and mix it well. Now make it into the balls and press like a cutlet shape. Take a pan and add oil and let it heat. Now take those cutlets and gently slip it into the oil and finally deep fry it until it turns to golden brown colour. Take a serving plate and now it’s ready to eat.
