Ingredients:

Rice ( washed, soaked, dried) 2 cups

Frozen green peas 1.5 cups

Ghee (3-4 spoons)

Cumin seeds

Mustard seeds

Black cardamom

Cinnamon

Asafoetida

Salt

Garam masala

 

Preparation

Take a cooker pan and add ghee then add
Cumin seeds,Mustard seeds, Black cardamom, Cloves,Red chilies,Bay leaves
Cinnamon, Asafoetida . Saute it well. now rice and peas and saute it well. Pour water of 2.5 cups. Cover the lid. After one whistle put off the stove. After turning off the heat open the lid and mix it well. Now, it’s ready to serve.spicy peas pulao is prepared
