moong dal 1/4 cup ( soak it and keep a side)
ginger garlic paste
Take a pan and add 1 spoon of oil. Add cinnamon, cloves, sliced onion, soaked moong dal, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chili, chopped tomatoes, coriander, salt and saute it well. Add rice then water. Now close the lid for few minutes.If water is absorbed then put off the stove. Then leave it for 30 minutes then mix it well. Finally serve it.
