Ingredients :

poha

onions

chilies

mustard seeds

cumin seeds

urad dal

ground nuts

curry leaves

salt

turmeric powder

water

oil

 

Preparation for  make breakfast with poha:

First take a pan and add two spoons of oil after the oil turns hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, ground nuts, chilies, curry leaves. Next add onions and mix it up. Finally add poha after rinsing off from water then a pinch of turmeric powder and required salt. mix it well and serve it hot.
