How to prepare Simple and Tasty Ridge gourd skin chutney  at home?

 

Ridge guard skin is really good for health. This recipe is very easy to prepare. one can serve this with rice, roti, dosa or anything. Here is the process.

 

Ingredients for Simple and Tasty Ridge gourd skin chutney :

 

Ridge guard skin peeled

mustard seeds

cumin seeds

sesame seeds

oil

dried chilies

salt

jaggery

tamarind

 

Preparation for Simple and Tasty Ridge gourd skin chutney :

 

First take a pan and add oil. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, dried red chilies and fry them. Now add Ridge gourd skin which is peeled and cleaned. Now let it fry for few minutes. In a mixer jar add salt, jaggery and tamarind and blend it well along with the ridge gourd skin mixture. its time to serve…!
