Now-a-days spending with gadgets are increasing. Including kids everyone are showing more interest in TV, Laptop, computer, tablets, smart phones etc.. This may result in eye strain. so, here is the Simple exercise for eye strain.
Simple exercise for eye strain:
Close the right hand 4 fingers and place the finger about ten inches away from the eyes. Focus fully on that finger and slowly move the finger. But the gaze should never change. Focus on an object that is far away in the same direction. Now focus on the index finger again and slowly bring the finger back to the eyes. You have to do this three times repeatedly. This may result in get rid of eye strain.
