How to make veg noodles soup at your home ?


Noodle soup is faintly sour with an umami flavor. This will be fabulous. when you prepare at home this is really simple and easy to make for a dinner night also. So you can just have this soup without any accompaniment. Just check this process and prepare at your home by adding corn starch. You can make a thick soup at your home or else you can add potato starch as well. This was not spicy but it is really great. This soup is really tasty by following simple steps you can easily prepare at your home.


Ingredients for veg noodle soup :



chopped vegetables





chopped Ginger

spring onions


preparation for Vegetable Noodles soup:


First take water and boil noodles. Now take a pan and heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add chopped garlic you can use sunflower  or any oil. Now add spring onions. Turn flame to medium and stir it for a minute. Now add shredded veggies mix then fry it on the medium flame. Now add four cups of water and you can bring the soup mixture to a rolling ball on medium flame. Now add 2 to 3 tablespoon of soy sauce. season with salt as per taste. Mix it well now add Crushed black pepper. Add noodles and  cook it in a low flame for 5 to 6 minutes. Add one tbsp of  rice vinegar or white vinegar. Switch off the stove and add lemon juice instead of vinegar then add 2 tbsp of chopped spring onion Greens and 3 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and serve noodle soup hot you can garnish to get some coriander leaves.
