Tasty, Spicy Restaurant style Hakka Noodles

Sometimes we feel to change our food. we want to prepare some delicious and spicy food for a dinner or evening snack. But many people think to make this a bit difficult but here are the step by step procedure to make vegetable Hakka Noodles. Street style vegetable Hakka Noodles make a great week night meal and also it’s a great combination for chili paneer and gobi manchurian.

so you can serve with any of these and have a wonderful Chinese dinner. Even kids like to have a Chinese meal. Anything with soya sauce and vinegar added to it would be considered Chinese I guess that’s the long and short of it. Hakka noodles are popularly known as choimen in India. This is really spicy and it’s full of veggies and really delicious. Whenever the craving strike I simply prefer to make Hakka Noodles at home but if it is prepared well then that will be more delicious.

 

How to make restaurant style Hakka Noodles at home?

 

You can easily make Hakka Noodles at home by following these simple steps. we can see a lot of noodles available in the market. You can buy any of those Hakka Noodles and can try this recipe and it will be really perfect.

Ingredients for restaurant style Hakka Noodles :

 

Noodles

carrots

onions

garlic

ginger

Bell pepper

soya sauce

vinegar

hot sauce

sugar

black pepper

salt

white pepper

oil

 

Preparation for restaurant style Hakka Noodles :

 

First boil Noodles according to instructions on the package. let it cook for 2 minutes then drain the noodles and wash and the cold water and add  half tablespoon of vegetable oil to the noodle. So that noodles will be perfect without  sticky. Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

Heat it on medium-high heat when oil is heat then add minced garlic and Ginger, sliced green chilli and saute it for few minutes and then add sliced onions and saute it for minute or two until the sides of the onion turns golden brown. Now start adding carrots,  green chillies, onion, bell pepper and cook it for 1 minute then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, hot sauce and sugar. Toss is it well and now  add black pepper, salt and white pepper mix it well. Add boiled noodles into it. Mix it well and finally add 1 tablespoon of chili oil Finally garnish it with spring onion Greens.
