First boil Noodles according to instructions on the package. let it cook for 2 minutes then drain the noodles and wash and the cold water and add half tablespoon of vegetable oil to the noodle. So that noodles will be perfect without sticky. Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Heat it on medium-high heat when oil is heat then add minced garlic and Ginger, sliced green chilli and saute it for few minutes and then add sliced onions and saute it for minute or two until the sides of the onion turns golden brown. Now start adding carrots, green chillies, onion, bell pepper and cook it for 1 minute then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, hot sauce and sugar.
