Tips to be healthy for Muslims during Ramadan

Ramadan is a holy month to the Muslims. But this year corona virus is effecting the people.  Here are the tips to be healthy:
1. So it is better to pray at home which is very safe and leads to social distance.
2. All the emergency medicines need to be at home.
3. And the people who does fast must take some precautions.
4. Drinking water before and after fasting helps to avoid dehydration.
 5. Intake of haleem,biryani should not be in high quantity.
6. Due to fasting the glucose level may fall so keep in check with the help of glucose meter.
