How to boost up your immunity? Which  type of food you need to take in this critical situation?

As the corona virus attacks the people having less immunity,we need to strengthen our immune system.
We are taking some precautions like washing hands,wearing mask and social distance. Not only these changes we need but also the changes in our diet.
In the morning drink ginger tea replacing with coffee. Not only ginger you can also add tulasi,cinnamon. Whatever breakfast or lunch use the grains which are unpolished. At the same time add up cooked veggies and have the fruits which are great source for vitamin-c like oranges, mangoes, guavas.
