Take a mixer jar and add spinach leaves which are washed well. Now add coriander leaves and green chilies, jeera. Let it grind well. Now take dosa batter and add this spinach paste. Now mix salt for taste. Mix it well. Now take a dosa pan and let it heat now spread batter and make it in to dosa. add one spoon of oil and reverse it and heat it on both the sides. Now spinach dosa is prepared. serve with chutney or sambar.
