Tips to be healthy in summer:




  1. It is very good to use yogurt in the summer as it can cool and also serve as a nutritious food.
  2. Often it is advisable to take coconut water and lime water.
  3.  It is good to apply moisturizer and sun screen lotion to protect skin.
  4. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day during the summer.
  5. Add  drops of vinegar in water before bath to prevent the smell of sweat.
  6. It is advisable to wear a scarf or a hat when going out, so that the sun rays can’t effect.
